The 8th Annual Ron Pottle Memorial Dog Team Race is just around the corner.
We spoke with Ken Pottle, one of the organizers of the race.
Pottle says it will be starting in Rigolet on this Saturday, April 9th, at 10 am.
He says there are 4 teams registered for the race so far.
There are no out of town racers.
They will race 15 miles from Rigolet, but that is subject to change.
Pottle also says that they are still in the process of raising money for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes.
Registry fees are $20 per team.
