Polar Bear Kills On The North Coast

The Polar Bear season opened on February 1st, 2016.

Here is the list of Polar Bear kills on the north coast:

In Hopedale, Annie Dicker had her polar bear kill on February 13th, and her bear weighed 500 pounds, and was 7 feet, 8 inches long.

Daniella Basto shot a bear on February 8th, and it weighed 1,110 pounds and was 8 feet, 3 inches.

In Postville, Samantha Jacque got her bear on March 3rd, and it weighed 1000 pounds.

In Makkovik, a 750 pound bear was killed by Morgan Flowers-Winters on February 30th.

And April Martin was lucky to kill her bear on March 28th, and her bear weighed 450 pounds and was 6 and a half feet long.

There was no information available on where the bears were killed.
