Today marks day 4 for athletes who are competing in this year’s Labrador Winter Games events.
We spoke with Paul Motty the Execrative Director.
He says athletes competed in Ball Hockey yesterday morning and Lab City team took home Gold.
Motty says the Men and Women’s Cross Country Skiing was also completed yesterday morning, and the Happy Valley Goose Bay took home the Gold in both events.
On today’s agenda athletes began the Cross Country relay this morning, and for this afternoon will be the Snow Shoe Biathlon.
They started Table tennis today, and the Northern Games is scheduled for this evening.
He adds during the Northern Games athletes will compete in Labrador hurdles and over the rope.
