The Nigivik Centre has a job opening for a Community Food Worker.
Kristine McTavish is the Inuit Health Survey Manager with Nunatsiavut Government.
This is a permanent full time position, and it will become available once filled with flexible hours.
Qualifications are:
The ability to prepare traditional food, Experience developing and delivering programs, a commercial cooking certificate or a Community studies diploma or equivalent experience.
A driver’s license is a big asset.
McTavish also adds for this position you must have a drivers license, so if you don’t have one you can work on getting one to qualify for this job.
