The 13th annual Mr. & CYN Volleyball Tournament was a big success over the weekend.
Gwen Dyson is one of the organizers.
She says first place in the women’s division were: 1st place went to Misters Girls, 2nd place went to Team Chaos, 3rd team went to Smash or Pass.
In the Men’s Division: First place team went to Killzone, 2nd place went to Holy Moly, third team went to First Nations.
MVP for the Female went to Michelle Nochasak.
MVP for the Male went to Leon Rich.
Most Sportsmanlike Team Females were: Digsy Chicks
Most Sportsmanlike Team Males went to Bob’s Burgers
Dyson says she would like to thank Joan Dicker as she added 2 new awards this year.
The 2 awards handed out were: the Deadly Auntie Volleyball Award went to Digsy Chicks to Crystal Sillitt and the Deadly Uncle Volleyball Award went to Bob’s Burgers awarded to Robert L. Andersen.
Also thank you to Lisetta Obed, Binky Andersen, Joan and Sam Dicker for the opening ceremonies and Sarah Lidd for the speech at closing ceremonies.
