Beverly Hunter is the Regionals Elder Coordinator for the town of Hopedale.
We spoke with Hunter in regards to the Seniors Gathering that Is being held in Makkovik this fall.
Hunter says that they have chosen seniors from Nain, Hopedale, Makkovik, Rigolet, Goose-Bay, and the Canadian constituency.
The gathering will take place in Makkovik, NL, in the fall of September 24th to the 29th.
