Jenny Lyall is the Regional Childcare Manager for the Nunatsiavut Government’s Department of Health and Social Development.
Lyall says that they have been trying to recruit a Day Care Operator for Nain since May.
Lyall says that the Nain Day Care is a licensed center, therefore it has regulations under the Provincial Government department of early childhood.
There are 10 full time staff and two casual call ins that work at day care center in Nain.
