The Nunatsiavut Government is seeking proposals from consultants to design and mange the construction of an addition and retrofits to the NG’s existing office building located at 37 Kaipokok Drive in the Inuit Community of Postville.
The building is used for office space, dental clinic, and accommodations.
The addition of a 2,500 square foot space is to consist of approximately eight (8) offices, a meeting room, and a new main entrance.

Proposals are to be received no later than 4pm on June 3, 2022 to Terry Rice – Capital Project Coordinator at terry.rice@nunatsiavut.com (cc infra.ngprocurement@nunatsiavut.com) with the subject line DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT: POSTVILLE NG OFFICE ADDITION AND RETROFITS.
The lowest-cost or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the Nunatsiavut Government reserves the right to cancel this RFP.
Proposals will be evaluated on the principles of value for money, which include an evaluation of the Inuit Content Factor pursuant to the Procurement Act.
