The EI Benefits is running out for fisherpersons.
Lela Evans is the MHA for Labrador.
She says she talked with the Labrador MP, Yvonne Jones, Monday evening.
Jones says for those fisherpersons whose EI is running out should contact her office.
The request for EI extension will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If anyone has any questions can call Karen at 709-927-5210, she will then set up to handle all fisher requests for EI extension.
