The Nain Inuit Community Government held a By-Election for a Councillor yesterday.
Karen Dicker is the Returning officer for the community.
There were 3 candidates running.
They were Anthony Andersen, Henry Broomfield and Joey Angnatok.
Dicker has declared 127 voters out of 885 eligible votes.
And here are the results for each candidate:
Joey Angnatok received 75 votes, Anthony Andersen received 47 votes, and Henry Broomfield had 5 votes.
