People in Labrador will now see a change in the weather forecasting services when they look on their computer.
Rodney Barney is a Meteorologist in the Gander weather office.
He says a new weather forecasting service for Labrador came into effect yesterday afternoon.
Here at OKalaKatiget Radio you may be used to hearing us read the forecast as Goose Bay and vicinity, Nain to Hopedale and Postville to Cartwright – north of Groswater Bay.
The new forecast will now read, Upper Lake Melville, Nain and vicinity, Hopedale and vicinity, Postville and Makkovik and Rigolet and vicinity.
