Local search and rescue teams from Makkovik and Postville are continuing to search for a missing Makkovik teen.
A 14-year-old was last seen in the community of Makkovik on Sunday afternoon.
Corporal Kimball Vardy of the Makkovik RCMP detachment says they began searching for the young teen yesterday evening.
The local search and rescue teams searched for the young teen until the early hours of Monday.
They resumed the search again later that morning.
The teen was last seen dropping off his friend off on a 2008 model of a Tundra Ski-Doo.
Vardy says the Woodwards Group of Companies has also volunteered the use of their chopper to the search effort.
