The Traditional Girl’s Day will be taking place in Nain on March 6, 2019.
Silpa Suarak and Maria Dyson are organizing the festival.
They will be having their day at the Pentecostal Church.
So far, they have 10 girls who will be having their day.
They will meet up for breakfast at 7am, dinner for the girls at 12, dinner for parents at 3 when the girls are in church, the closing service will be at 5, and supper at 6.
The Church Services will be at 10am, 3pm, and 5pm.
Dyson said they are still waiting for donations.
She also adds that they are looking for a Captain, cooks, and helpers.
The fee for first timers is $15, and for second timers it’s $25.
Their next meeting will be on Friday, Feb. 22 right after school.
