The Nunatsiavut Government, Department of Culture, Recreation and tourism is looking for five skilled and knowledgeable Iglugivak builders to instruct an Iglugivak building workshops.
And to also be a judge for a community iglugivak building competition in each of the north coast communities.
Duties are to instruct two half day iglugivak workshops for two age groups of ages 16-18 and ages 19+. And to be sure to let participants know the knowledge around iglugivak building and teach techniques to successfully build an iglugivak.
Also to be a judge in the iglugivak building competition on march 10 2019.
Qualifications is to be able to teach a group of people and to have knowledge and skill in iglugivak building.
The Deadline to apply is tomorrow, March 1st 2019.
