The Dept. of Culture, Recreation, & Tourism is offering a Master-Apprentice Program for ONE fluent speaker and ONE apprentice, each from Nain, Hopedale, Makkovik, Postville & Rigolet.
Shirley Jararuse is the Language Program Coordinator for Nunatsiavut Government.
She says the goal is to have a non-fluent speaker learn Inuttitut from a Master.
You will engage in daily activities with each other from Monday-Friday for 10-20 hours/ week for 6 months.
