The Department of Health and Social Development in Nunatsiavut will have various online mental wellness campaigns within the next two weeks.
Rutie Lampe is one of the Mental Health and Addictions Workers in Nain.
Lampe says that within the next two weeks they will be holding virtual events, and they would also like to hear some of your ideas.
She adds that there are many mental health programs and services that are available throughout the province.
