Tradition & Transition researcher and MUN Archaeologist Maria Lear are looking to hire assistants for the Nain Moravian Cemetery Project.
The project is a GPR survey which is a non-invasive geophysical method that allows you to capture a visual of what is below the ground’s surface.
The goal is to record the grave markers and to help note the location of unmarked possible graves within the cemetery.
Inuit Pathways requires that you are to be a Nunatsiavut Beneficiary, at least 15 years of age, were in school this year, are returning to school next year, and have a SIN.
If you’re interested, please contact Maria at mlear@mun.ca.
