As of last Friday, the town of Nain is still getting their running water from the main water system and not from Trouser Lake.
Joe Dicker is the AngajukKak of the Inuit Community Government.
He says there was a malfunction occurred of one of the valves that comes down to the community.
So till everything is fixed and working well, the residents are still getting water from the old system.
Dicker says the work on hooking up to the new water system will be worked on next week.
