The Nain Inuit Community Government is busy repairing the leakage on Middle Path Road.
Joe Dicker is the AngajukKâk for the NICG.
He says the crew started digging yesterday near 87 Middle Path (Northern Trailer) and 69 Middle Path (Wayne Michelin’s) in preparation to get to the leak.
The water is currently shut off in this area due to the repairs of this leak.
Dicker says he is confident that the leak will be fixed today, but if it continues to tomorrow, they will be giving out water to those affected in this area.
He adds that the projects they have on the go.
