The Nunatsiavut Government is seeking proposals from consultants to design and manage the construction of a duplex housing building in the Inuit community of Makkovik.
The building will be a housing building consisting of two 3-bedroom units for a total of 3000 square feet.
The NG intend to begin construction of the building in the 2022 construction season and completion of the duplex is scheduled for September 29, 2023.
The successful proponent will be provided concept, design and project management services related to the building.
Proposals are to be received a no later than 4pm on April 22, 2022 to Terry Rice, Capital Project Coordinator at terry.rice@nunatsiavut.com, cc infra.ngprocurement@nunatsiavut.com with the subject line, Nunatsiavut Government Concept, Design, and Project Management: Multiplex Apartments Nain.
