OK Radio contacted the Inuit Community Governments in Hopedale and Rigolet to get some updates in their community.
Marjorie Flowers is the AngajukKâk for the HICG.
Flowers say that they are doing small projects that are things that need to be done.
They are also building up a new playground and waiting on piles of sand.
Charlotte Wolfrey is the AngajukKâk for the RICG.
They got a couple of new equipment that they needed.
Wolfrey says they are short of a couple of workers as the heavy duty technician and someone to work at the fire chief maintenance shop.
