PAL Airlines confirms an incident on flight 922 on December 10th, 2019 involving two passengers making hurtful and derogatory remarks towards others onboard our aircraft.
PAL Airlines has taken immediate action to indefinitely ban the two passengers from any of our future flights.
PAL Airlines is deeply troubled by the nature of these remarks and saddened that their valued customers were exposed to this behaviour.
Comments such as these have no place in our society and will not be tolerated by our Company.
