The Department of Health and Social Development in Happy Valley Goose Bay will be offering a two day ulu making course.
Sharon Edmunds is the Team Leader for DHSD in the Upper Lake Melville Area.
Edmunds says that the course will begin on Saturday June 3rd and Sunday June 4th.
DHSD will be selecting 10 participants from Happy Valley Goose Bay or Mud Lake for each day and you must be a beneficiary of the Nunatsiavut Government and must be 17 years or older to take part.
The workshop will run a full day each from 8:30 AM -4:30 PM and it will take place at 14 Courte Real Road.
There will be Lunch provided and transportation will also be available upon request.
